- Download our pdf registration form and fax to Sitka at (541) 994-8024
- Use our secure online registration. View the course you wish to register for, click the "register" button at the bottom of the page and fill out the registration form. All credit card transactions are secure and will not be finalized until your place in the class is guaranteed.
