Workshop Overview

Using luminous transparent glass enamels, learn the art of cloisonne and champleve enameling on silver. Starting with a "line drawing" in fine wire and pierced metal sheet, create a rich color palette by applying and firing the powdered glass in a kiln. The results have a watercolor effect, showing depth, clarity and shading. Participants will complete one project, either a pendant, brooch or pair of earrings in this workshop.
