Workshop Overview

Internationally trained mixed media artist Cheryl Rogers-Tadevich will teach, demonstrate and guide you through the process of creating your own original work using the techniques of image transfer, painted papers and mixed media. Using personal photos or drawings, Cheryl will lead you through the creative process of transferring and illustrating a life story that is both meaningful and beautiful. This two-day workshop will add techniques to your creative process, allowing you to enrich your skills and add gorgeous texture and layered depth to an important memory. Leave with your own unique piece and the confidence to incorporate new skills into your creative journey.

About the Instructor(s)

Cheryl Rogers-Tadevich is a certified Golden paint artist educator. Spanning four continents, her work showcases the unique world of mixed media, block print and batik art. Cheryl has taught and exhibited internationally. She has also shown locally in the Geezer Gallery and in the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI). Sharing her robust and creative spirit with her students, Cheryl teaches the wonderful applications of acrylic paints with image transfers on a variety of substrates. The stunning effects give participants a unique experience.
