Workshop Overview

Forest Bathing is a full sensory immersion in the magic of the woods. This workshop takes the form of a slow meditative walk with prompts to engage the senses and stops along the way. We will learn to meet trees and renew our connection with the forest, trees and ourselves. We will use Tree Transformation Cards to tune in and go deeper with our personal experience. This walk is often very transformative, prompting an easy release of energetic limitations and natural opening to personal insight and guidance. The walk includes qigong, meditation and journaling. Come ready for a heart-opening, soul reviving day!

About the Instructor(s)

Flora’s passion for trees blossomed in 2007 after meeting a huge Doug-fir while hiking. The energy coursing through the tree was vital and completely present with no mind interference. This extraordinary experience stopped her in her tracks. Soon after, seeking refuge and healing from a tramautic brain injury, she spent considerable time with trees and discovered that each species has a completely different energy. The Tree Transformation Cards were created from this journey.

Currently: Leads Forest Bathing and Meeting Trees experiences. Previously: B.A Fine Arts, co-founder and director of Open Gallery, designer, realtor, Visual Arts Consultant, City of Eugene.
