Forest Bathing is a full sensory immersion in the magic of the woods. This workshop takes the form of a slow meditative walk with prompts to engage the senses and stops along the way. We will learn to meet trees and renew our connection with the forest, trees and ourselves. We will use Tree Transformation Cards to tune in and go deeper with our personal experience. This walk is often very transformative, prompting an easy release of energetic limitations and natural opening to personal insight and guidance. The walk includes qigong, meditation and journaling. Come ready for a heart-opening, soul reviving day!
