Workshop Overview

Sitka Art Circles are a way to come together in a casual atmosphere and have a bit of artistic fun. Everyone is welcome! Experiment with taking three imprints of each arrangement of semi-dried flowers, leaves and grasses. The first will be a negative space print, then a stamping print and finally a "ghost" print. Many of these triplicates will be made and then set to dry. Learn to include elements like butterflies and ladybugs and color them with colored pencil and embellishments. Most students will leave with 2-3 finished pieces. A fantastically free and fun way to use nature in your art.
