Laurel Francis is a retired M.A.T elementary and art teacher, living in Bend, who has served as president of the Central Oregon Arts in Education board, and the Arts Central board, and has taken SITKA workshops for over 15 years.  More recently she has served as the C.O.O. of grantmaking operations for the Kirby Foundation.
