Workshop Overview

In this workshop you will learn 10 different units with fabric using a sewing machine and a rotary cutter ( or scissors). This is a fun way to build skills/ improve confidence/ enjoy color and be creative. We will not use rulers or templates or patterns- only our imagination! We can use solids or prints or a combination of both and scraps if desired. Participants may use yardage or recycle old or vintage material. On the second day of this workshop we will start to arrange our bits and pieces and discuss composition styles. This will give everyone a solid understanding of the mechanics and construction and will be completed at home.
